An online faculty position with an accredited online degree program requires a graduate degree and college classroom experience. The reason a graduate degree is required by accredited academic institutions is that the federal financial aid programs require the schools to have a faculty with appropriate academic merit badges before the school is allowed to offer its students federal financial aid.
